We’re sure by now you will all have seen the tragedy that has struck our team. We are devastated at our loss but as we grieve, we have to keep going for the rest of the animals in our care. What makes this even harder is that Dillon, Asha’s best friend, misses her.
Dillon was always the more confident out of the two. They both took a bit of coaxing but after a while when Dillon got the lead on she trotted straight out, excited for her walk and raring to go. Asha always followed Dillon. you could see the difference it made to them both, having a constant companion while they explored new surroundings.
We’re now trying to find a very special home for Dillon. Our hope was that Asha and Dillon would go home together. Dillon will need to go home with another dog. Her confidence is building but she is still nervous so a confident dog is a must. Dillon isn’t fussed on cats and is a bit nervous around children so a child free home is necessary too. She will also need to have a secure garden to roam in and go on her daily sniffaris.
We’re asking all our followers to share to get Dillon home. It’s her turn and while we know we’ll all miss her, she deserves a loving, patient home to call her own.
