Nell
Everyone meet Nell! Nell is our tiny 7 year old collie who has been with us 3 years.
Nell is another girl with a sad back story. Found tied up and beaten Nell didn’t know how to trust any of the volunteers at Almost home when she arrived. Terrified of her own shadow, this little girl began her long journey to try and heal.
With much time and patience Nell has begun to flourish. A little snuggle bug, Nell loves her favourite volunteers and will do anything for a scratch on the bum. Nell gains her confidence from her doggy friends at Almost home so a confident dog in the home is a must.
Nell has very basic lead work but this will need to continue in her forever home with lots of patience from her forever family.
Nell cannot live with cats and children must be 16+. A secure garden is also essential.
Initially, Nell is nervous with people she doesn’t know but shows her affectionate and bubbly side once she feels safe. Nell has worked hard over the past three years to come put of her shell and deserves all the love in the world for her efforts. Could you give it to her?
